The health space

When it comes to your life, I can’t tell you exactly what to do, or how to do it - nor would I want to…

But what I can do, is share the things that have helped me on my own journey of growth and transformation, in a space where we can explore, interact and work with them together.

We’re all here traversing the landscapes of life the best we can - no one has it all figured out, I certainly don’t… but I’m still excited about sharing the tools that’ve helped me get to where I am today - with the hope that they may help you too.

So, I invite you into this space to explore a variety of approaches to living, all of which present us opportunities to create better health, a deeper connection with ourselves, and an overall more enjoyable experience whilst we’re here on Earth.

Recipes and cooking classes

Expand your cooking skills & learn to make some of my favourite recipes - within is a growing collection of plant based recipe videos (both raw and cooked) - from light, detox friendly dishes, to delicious, grounding & nourishing plant based meals for yourself and friends/family.

Yoga classes

Yoga classes for all levels - practical and down to earth guidance through both shorter and longer sessions.

Hatha & Yin Yoga - beginner to intermediate sessions - our practice focuses on correct postural alignment and proper use of the breath, promoting optimal movement of energy throughout the body - improving mood & digestion, as well as directing our life-force and vitality into the organs and glands that promote good health and effective detoxification.

Meditation & breathwork

Guided meditations and breathwork sessions - practices that have helped me personally. Here you’ll find sessions sharing tools I use on a regular basis to help regulate my inner world, and better navigate my outer world.

Detox events & protocols.

Each month you’ll have the option to join a detoxification related event, challenge or protocol with the group - something that I will instruct and guide.

Here I’m able to share some of my favourite approaches and tactics to health and healing, so we can experiment & interact with them together.

Exploring these things as a collective brings a different kind of energy to the process - the support and accompaniment of a group can be a huge motivator. It’s also useful to have somewhere to talk about your process, and have advice or support from me or others if you feel you need it.

Each month we meet to catch up and connect in a relaxed & open group call, further discussing the topics and experiences we’ve been going through as a group during the course of the month, as well as any other areas that our curiosity takes us.
