What could this fast do for you?

Taking these 3 days to focus on hydration - flooding the body with enzymes, minerals, vitamins, amino acids, and structured living water provides a HUGE boost to the way we feel and experience our body - cleaning out the GI tract, cleansing the organs of digestion, and helping to rehydrate any areas of the body that may be in need!

Juice fasting can be supportive of alleviating all sorts of issues - from poor/slow digestion, frequent headaches, skin issues like eczema or psoriasis, fatigue, brain fog, joint pain, high blood pressure, IBS, fungal/bacterial infections, UTI’s, to a whole lot more…

It’s a practice we can use to keep the body running optimally, or to work specifically on particular issues we’re experiencing that may have one feeling that their health has room for improvement.

FAQs

  • Not at all - firstly, vegan or vegetarian doesn’t necessarily mean healthy!

    But the way that you eat currently can have an effect on your experience during the fast - if you are eating processed/refined foods, vegetable oils, fried foods, or very complex heavy meals leading up to the fast - you may feel some symptoms of discomfort during the fast as your body works to eliminate the residue of these foods that have built up within it. Although in the book I explain how to fast at the level appropriate to the condition of your body in this moment!

    Others may feel no discomfort at all, and some of you will feel fantastic throughout - it very much depends on the person, their body, and the way they approach the fast! (Which is why I wrote this ebook :))

  • Not a problem! You’re welcome if you want to do 1, 2, or 3 days - something I emphasise in this book is that our process is very individual - each person must listen to what is right for them. If 1 day of juice fasting feels good for you, then 1 day it is!

  • You can work, but you will need to set aside 2-3 hours per day to comfortably prepare all of your juice for the day (or the next day) - it’s very important that you are drinking enough, so if you have time to prepare all your juices and can make it happen - then by all means!

    Taking the days off work would be the ideal situation, as you can dedicate all your time and energy to rest, relax, heal and go inward - although I know not possible for everyone (I did plenty of juice fasting whilst working!).

  • Yes! I will give you some recommendations for adjusting your diet in the week leading up to the fast (nothing complex) - and you will have that week to get everything you need ready for the fast!
