Personalised experiences.

If you’re looking for a chef to provide you nourishing, healthy, delicious food here in Costa Rica, or elsewhere in the world, it would be my pleasure to take good care of you and your family/friends.

I offer 1:1, group, and family experiences that ensure you’ll be eating and feeling well throughout our time together.

The dishes I create showcase natures abundant colours, flavours, textures and medicinal properties - I source the highest quality ingredients, to create experiences that are delicious, as well as deeply nourishing for the body.

I’ve worked in some of Australia’s best restaurants, and have learnt from chefs all around the world, eventually creating my own style that focuses on nutrition and health, without compromising on taste or enjoyment.

Events

Whether a dinner party with friends, vacation, business meeting, retreat, wedding, or any other occasion - I’d love to provide you delicious, healthy food, suited to the experience you’re looking to create.

Preferences & food sensitivities.

Regarding particular sensitivities, I will cater to your needs when it comes to allergies, intolerances, and preferences - to ensure a satisfying experience.

My service

I use a diverse range of plant foods in my cooking - and am focused on creating nourishing healthy dishes that are also enjoyable & satisfying.

I can create vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, and ketogenic menus, as well as personalised health & nutrition plans.

I source the highest quality ingredients possible - organic fruits, vegetables, herbs, grains & legumes, as well as grass fed dairy, pastured eggs, and wild caught seafood.

You’ll enjoy a variety of sauces, dips, spreads, chutneys, soups, salads and bowls. As well as other more complex dishes such as plant based burgers, gluten free gnocchi, flatbreads made from ancient grains, and handmade raw chocolates.

I also like to incorporate cold pressed juices and nutrient dense superfood smoothies into some of my clients experiences, as they’re a fantastic way to hydrate, cleanse and detoxify the body.

I prepare foods using methods that promote optimal digestion and absorption of nutrients - such as the soaking, sprouting and activating of nuts, seeds, beans, legumes and grains.

I don’t use, or cook with vegetable oils - only cold pressed organic oils (oil free is also possible).
