Sustainable Detoxification

This program is for those looking to build and maintain a solid relationship with health through the use of diet and detoxification.
I’ve created this course to share the approaches I’ve found most effective for myself and those who I’ve worked with over the years.
Throughout the course I’ll be offering practical suggestions, and providing written and video content for you to work with and explore.
You’ll be applying this information in the context of your own life and health goals - and I’ll be here for any questions, advice or support throughout.
Who’s this course for, and what’s it all about?
This course is for anyone looking to improve their relationship with diet, detox or health, at any level - whether physical, mental, emotional or spiritual.
I’ve seen huge progress with my health over the years, and have used many different tools and approaches during my journey - some for a short time, some for a long time, some I used everyday, some rarely, and many I still use today.
I mention this because over the years I passed through varying seasons, and observed the needs of my body and mind fluctuate from day to day, week to week, month to month, and year to year…
So this is not a course about rigidity or adherence, where I desire to tell you exactly what to do. Instead, we’ll be exploring a variety of different things relating to diet, detox and lifestyle which have helped me on my journey.
I’ll share with you my recommendations for how to use and apply them safely and effectively - so you can experiment, to see where they fit into your life, and how they work for you.
I’ll be here for support, advice or suggestions whenever you feel you need - but I’m always going to encourage you to connect with a part of yourself which is far wiser than me.
What we eat plays a huge role in the way we experience life - and we will be working with food throughout, as well as some other practices relating to detoxification regarding what we do, or do not put into our bodies at particular moments.
But I definitely do not require you to be eating a specific diet to take part in this course.
What does the course include?
You and I will have a 1:1 video call together before the course begins - for us to know each other a bit better :) where we’ll also discuss some things that might be particularly useful for you based on your prior experiences with diet, lifestyle and detox.
Each week you’ll receive new written content - all of which is yours to keep after the course.
We have weekly group video calls - discussing questions, sharing experiences, and talking a bit about the following weeks content, as well as recapping the previous week.
These weekly calls will be recorded - so if you’re not able to attend, you can catch up after with the recording.
A telegram group for all of us to stay connected throughout the course - sharing thoughts, feelings, pictures and experiences, whilst getting to know each other better.

What is detoxification, and why do we detoxify?
Mindset matters - our approach to detoxification.
Food combining.
Practical tips for success on a plant based lifestyle - inside or outside the tropics.
Food as medicine - eating for health.
Conscious consumption and intentional eating.
The importance of hydration.
An introduction to fasting and various other practices of detoxification (optional to experiment with).
The mental, emotional, and communal elements of eating.
Food and density management.
Cooked and raw foods - the benefits of each, and how you can use them to improve your health.
Internal and external environment - setting your space to support YOU.
Water.
Limiting exposure to pollutants and chemicals where possible.
