Broccoli and pumpkin seed purée
Broccoli gets a hard time for being being boring or tasteless, I personally don’t feel that way, but this recipe will change your mind if you’re not a biog broccoli fan.
The recipe is as follows:
Half a head of broccoli (steamed)
¾ cup of pumpkin seeds (ideally soaked 6-8 hours, or activated)
¼ - ½ cup fresh parsley
juice of ½ - 1 lime (to your taste)
1.5 - 2 tbsp capers
1tbsp olive oil
salt & pepper to taste
Add water, but as little as required to facilitate blending, keep it thick.
