Meditation
Today we meditate together :)
During the first 15-20 minutes or so I share some theory, as well as my feelings and experiences with mediation, and why I think it's important - then we get into the practice together.
This is the style of meditation I use most days, and I find it very helpful in working with mind, to make my mental space more organised, and my thinking less chaotic.
