A gentle practice for fasting

This is a practice I did during a short water fast - to help bring some balance and energy to my body and mind - it’s soft, but deep.

Anyone can do this practice, although some of the holds were on the longer side, so if it gets a bit to strong for you during any posture, just come out, lie in savasana and breathe deeply until the next one :)

During the practice I talk a little about the body in the fasted state, as well as how our Yoga practice can help us connect to a different source of energy, which is particularly useful when on a fast.
