This is a gentle class that anyone can do to help relieve neck and shoulder pain.

You can learn these stretches to do them anywhere, it doesn't have to be 30 minutes, it can be 2, 5 or 10 minutes too.

If you have neck pain, try doing these semi regularly, and with time, I'm sure you'll notice huge improvements.
