Foundational postures

In todays class we go through some of the postures which make up the foundation of my practice - postures I use most days to keep me feeling comfortable and aligned in my body, which is honestly one of the things I value the most from my Yoga practice.

This is quite a simple session in the sense we're not doing complex movements, but we are focusing on doing the postures correctly, using the appropriate muscles, and bringing awareness and depth to the breath.
